This is one of two posts impacted my thinking because it forces you to change the way you look at things. While in the past, many things have been considered fate or destiny, it turns out that it is not. When you allow you life to be lived for you, certain things will happen and you will accept these things as being just as is. However, if you were to want to be in control of these things, you would be making your own decisions and in turn, making your own fate.
The way to make the unconscious conscious is to wake up to reality and stop allowing anything and everything to go by unnoticed. You must first recognize what is going on unconsciously, and then you must address it head on before you bring it to the light and make up your own mind on what you do and don't want to allow to impact you. I believe this quote really opens the eyes of the reader to see a much brighter option in life, a better way of living, where you get to control your own life rather than having life pop out on you when it ever so pleases.
